For delivery in India, all Rakhi Orders placed BEFORE 4 PM IST on 2nd August, 2017 from Rakhi category will be guaranteed delivered on or before 7th August, 2017 on priority basis. - For delivery in USA, all Rakhi Orders placed BEFORE 10 AM IST on 30th July, 2017 from Rakhi category will be guaranteed delivered on or before 7th August, 2017 on priority basis.

We ship Rakhi orders to India, USA & Canada only.

No, there is no Minimum Order Value needed. You can place an order of any value. At, we believe that all orders, irrespective of their values are equally important.

We have two options for currency i.e. US Dollars and Indian Rupees. You can select your currency from the option given ‘Below’ the category list on the website.

13. Can I purchase items from different categories in the same order?

Yes, you can order items from multiple categories in a single order.

14. Can I split the order and request the items to be shipped at two different addresses?

No, ONE ORDER is delivered to ONE ADDRESS only. Splitting an order is not possible. For the delivery on the separate addresses individual orders needs to be placed.

15. How can I change the products after placing an order?

Any changes cannot be made once the order is placed. Also we cannot make any changes in the Variants of the products. The product can be purchased only with the options that are displayed on the Website.

16. Are the Rakhis same as shown in the image on the website?

The Rakhis will be same as shown in the image. However, reserves in its absolute discretion to ship equally good Rakhis in case of last moment rush or any situation beyond control.

17. Is it safe to make payment online?

It is 100% safe and secure to make a Payment online as all the payments are processed via Secured Payment Gateways. We never ask our customer to provide Card Number directly on our website or on phone. We never charge any Credit Card directly as well and every transaction is done through Secured Payment Gateway only. Thus it is always safe and secured to make a payment online through the Website.

18. How can I track my order?

Tracking details will be emailed to the registered Email address as soon as the order is shipped. Parcel can be tracked using the same details.

19. What if the Address is incorrect?

We urge our customers to mention Complete and Correct Delivery Address, Postal Code (Pin Code) and Contact Number of the recipient while placing their valuable orders. Without complete address details, 100% Guaranteed Delivery would not be possible.

20. What if the recipient is not at home?

Customers are requested to share the tracking details with the receiver. In case if the receiver is not available when the delivery is attempted, the receiver needs to contact the local office of respective courier company and has to arrange the delivery.

21. What if the order is delivered late?

Sometimes due to unavoidable circumstances or any situation beyond control, orders are delivered late. In such situations will not be liable for a late delivery.

22. How can I cancel the Order?

Request for cancellations of orders can be entertained if they are submitted within 24 Hours after the order is placed. Request coming then after cannot be entertained as the order gets processed.

If an item ordered by you on Rakhi Sale is delivered to you in a damaged / defective condition, please email us immediately at [email protected] with the Order Number. Any complaint received after 24 hours of delivery will not be considered.
